Cash on delivery
Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. No card, no advance payment. Last updated 3 November 2026.
How COD works
- Place your order on the website and choose Cash on Delivery (the only payment method right now).
- We confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone call, usually within 24 hours.
- Your parcel is dispatched and you pay the rider the exact order amount in cash on delivery.
Order confirmation
Every COD order must be confirmed before dispatch. If we cannot reach you on WhatsApp or by phone within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled. Please make sure your phone number is correct and on WhatsApp.
Checking your parcel
You can open the parcel in front of the rider, check the fit and the stitching, and then pay. If something is wrong or damaged, do not accept it — message us on WhatsApp right away.
Refusing a COD parcel
Each refused parcel costs us two-way courier charges. Please only order when you intend to receive it. If you change your mind, cancel on WhatsApp before dispatch — it is free.
If a confirmed parcel is refused without a valid reason (wrong or damaged item), future orders from the same number or address may require advance payment of the delivery charges, or may not be accepted on COD.
Amount payable
The amount you pay is the order total shown at checkout and in our WhatsApp confirmation, in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery is free; there are no hidden COD charges.
