Orders
An order is accepted only after we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, the price shown was wrong, the details look fraudulent, or we cannot reach you to confirm it.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, Rs) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and discount codes (such as TMF30) can change at any time and cannot be combined unless we say so. Payment is cash on delivery.
Product photos & colours
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting and display settings. Small variations in fabric texture and shade between batches are normal and are not a defect. Size measurements may vary by about ±1 inch.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging WhatsApp +92 303 2823135. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled; please see our COD policy about refusing parcels.

Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events or other things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the applicable provincial consumer protection acts. Any dispute is subject to the courts of [EDIT: your city, e.g. Karachi], Pakistan.
